EDTA chelated iron has excellent water solubility and can be applied in various ways to adapt to different planting scenarios and crop growth stages:
Foliar Spray: Dilute EDTA iron by 1000-1500 times and spray evenly on both sides of crop leaves. It is suitable for emergency correction of iron deficiency chlorosis and rapid iron supplementation during critical crop growth stages. It is recommended to apply in early morning or evening to avoid reduced absorption efficiency due to high temperature evaporation.
Drip Irrigation / Fertigation: Apply with irrigation water at a dosage of 1-2 kg per mu. Suitable for large-scale planting such as fields, orchards and greenhouse vegetables, it can continuously provide active iron to roots and improve soil iron supply.
Hydroponics / Soilless Culture: Added according to nutrient solution formula, it is an essential iron source for hydroponic systems, which can avoid iron ion precipitation in nutrient solution and ensure iron nutrition supply throughout the crop growth cycle.
Fertilizer Compounding: It can be compounded with macronutrient water-soluble fertilizers, amino acid fertilizers, humic acid fertilizers, etc. to improve overall fertilizer absorption efficiency. Avoid mixing with strong alkaline pesticides and fertilizers.
